The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, tech-savvy and team-oriented person to join our progressive, state of the art Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in the heart of Randwick.

Duties

  • Front desk and administration duties
  • Booking appointments
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Succinct and personable phone manner
  • Scanning documents
  • Taking payments and using HICAPS
  • Organising collection of histopaths and couriers
  • Taking x-rays, intraoral scans and clinical photographs (training will be provided)
  • Sterilisation
  • Stock taking
  • Maintaining overall tidiness of practice
  • Experience in Medical software an advantage but not essential (training will be provided)

Skills & Experience

  • Customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy - proficiency in Microsoft application necessary
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to take direction, work autonomously and dedicated team player
  • Ability to handle a large call volume
  • Willingness to be trained in diverse aspects of the practice including non-clinical and associated clinical matters
