About You:

  • Previous experience as a Chef.
  • Able to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on a regular basis.
  • Sound English and great communication skills.
  • Maintain a positive and motivated work ethic in the kitchen at all times.
  • Ability to follow instructions and take direction from the Cook/Chef.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage and multitask a busy section.
  • Full working rights within Australia.
  • Experience in kitchen food preparation.
  • Skills in cooking and plating in service.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain a clean workstation.
  • Confidence in opening and closing procedures in commercial kitchens.
