Survey Developer

About the role
This is a role of two halves. On the one hand the role requires regular ongoing survey programming into our survey system (Forsta). Your programming skills will contribute to the success of highly regarded social research projects. In addition, you will support the preparation of data for analysis by our consulting team.
The other half of this role is to support the development of a range of in-house innovation projects. These projects are designed to improve efficiencies and future proof Wallis operationally.
Ideally, you have a keen interest in social research, strong attention to detail, appetite for learning and innovating, and be a team player.
We are an end-to-end provider, which means you will be joining an experienced in-house team of consultants, graphic designers, account directors, and a dedicated field operation.

To be successful in this role you will need:
Intermediate experience with:
- FastAPI / / PostgresSQL/My SQL
- JavaScript / HTML / CSS / Python
University undergraduate degree r similar in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, software development)
Demonstrated experience of:
· Strong project management skills
· Strong interpersonal communication skills
· Decision making and problem-solving skills
High level of capability with the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel)
Whilst not essential, the following would be considered a bonus:
- Experience with Forsta (Confirmit)
- Experience with data visualisation
- Experience with SPSS, Q
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Market & Social Research industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
