What you will bring

• Registration as a Building Surveyor Unlimited.
• Extensive experience in building surveying, compliance and enforcement, with strong knowledge of the Building Act, Regulations, Codes and Standards.
• Emerging or proven leadership skills, with ability to guide, mentor and develop teams.
• A track record of fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
• Strong ability to provide clear, accurate and timely advice on legislation, techniques and processes using sound professional judgement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
