An exciting opportunity is now available with our client who is a
**leading aged care provider. **They need
**a Workplace relations consultant to start immediately** in a fixed-term contract position.

- Work from home 2 per week - No set days in the office
- **Located in Camberwell**:

- Attractive Salary: Paying up to **$110,000 Base + Super**

**Role responsibilities**:

- Case management
- Stakeholder Management
- Complaints
- General enquires
- Misconduct
- You conduct the administration activities that support the employee lifecycle activities, including contract generation, onboarding, learning and development administration, people compliance, supporting the annual performance cycle and remuneration increases and ensuring seamless offboarding, including the exit survey process,
- You support the triage of incoming queries from our leaders and workforce into People Connect, resolving non-complex queries and allocating complex matters to specialists within the team (e.g. Workplace Relations).
- You oversee the resolution timeframes and follow-up with team members to ensure we meet out Service Level Agreement commitments

**About you**:

- Previous experience within an HR generalist role requiring you to handle employee queries and disputes
- **MUST be Triple Vaccinated**:

- Demonstrated high attention to detail and Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Workplace relations experience preferred
- Experience using Chris21, Success Factors and Time Target is highly regarded, but not essential
