Development Director
, you'll play a
pivotal role
in shaping the organisation's
growth strategy

working alongside the CEO
to drive major revenue streams
and
strengthen relationships
with
key funders

corporates

foundations
.

In This Leadership Role, You Will

  • Develop and deliver Good Return's fundraising and business development strategy
  • Cultivate high-value relationships with foundations, trusts, and major donors
  • Oversee corporate partnership and marketing functions to support growth
  • Inspire and lead a small, high-performing team to meet ambitious goals
  • Represent Good Return with authenticity and purpose across stakeholder networks

business development

. You're skilled at
identifying opportunities

building strong partnerships

You Have

  • Demonstrated experience in business development and fundraising
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • A strategic mindset and solid analytical skills
  • Proven leadership skills
