About the Role

We are looking for several motivated
Employer Engagement Consultants (Workforce Australia)
to join our
Employment Services Team.
In this role, you will be working across:
Strathpine, Chermside, Kippa-Ring, Fortitude Valley and Mitchelton and South Brisbane
sites on a full-time basis.

From your extensive experience of the local labour market, strong stakeholder relationships to identify job opportunities and reverse market candidates to find long-term sustainable employment.

While also providing post-placement support to help customers thrive in their new jobs

Reporting to the
Area Manager,
the Employer Engagement Consultant will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engage with local employers to identify vacancies and match them with suitable candidates.
  • Reverse market jobseekers into roles and support job carving where needed.
  • Collaborate with
    Employer Engagement Consultants
    to align job opportunities with customer skills and goals.
  • Refer customers to relevant training and employment programs.
  • Deliver group sessions to enhance employability and job search skills.
  • Provide post-placement support to customers and employers for up to 6 months.

About You:

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience as either a recruitment consultant or in employment services
  • Experience working in KPIs driven environment (such as sales or retail)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
