About your new Role: 

This is a proactive, sales-oriented role focused on engaging superannuation members through outbound calls and digital channels. The position is ideal for individuals looking to transition from traditional contact centre work into a more consultative, results-driven environment.

• Engage in meaningful, advice-driven conversations—not just transactional calls
• Support members through key life stages like retirement, career changes, and insurance decisions
• Deliver 15-minute Super Health Checks to educate members on their superannuation and retirement goals
• Provide engaging general advice, while seeking opportunities to refer members to our personal advice team
• Make outbound calls daily using structured scripts and open questioning techniques
• Use CRM tools to track member journeys and respond to marketing-led outreach triggers
• Build rapport quickly and transition into consultative, value-based conversations
• Performance incentives available for top achievers, rewarding excellence and results
