Joining your Team in the delivery of the national RSL Employment Program, you'll support ex-defence personnel and/or their Partners to find meaningful and sustainable employment.

To be competitive for this opportunity, you'll have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or community engagement experience
  • Cert III (or higher) endorsed qualification in Employment Services and Career Development (or a willingness to progress towards)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with clients, show empathy and work in highly sensitive environments
