Job Summary:

Stockwell is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive with an insatiable appetite to negotiate deals, a passion for property, and wants to see businesses grow by being in one of our centres.

Position Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Leasing Team, you will:

  • Understand the markets in which our centres operate.
  • Canvas best in class businesses that meet centre strategies and present opportunities for businesses to grow or defend their market share.
  • Be able to develop a brief of how a business operates to create a scope.
  • Negotiate and secure market leading deal terms.
  • Understand the special conditions of a business to operate.
  • Meet and exceed monthly leasing targets.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • A strong ability to network and build rapport with a wide range of businesses.
  • A progressive and motivated attitude with a willingness to continue professional growth.
  • A love for property.
  • You have at least two years' leasing or selling experience.
  • Travel to centres locally and regionally across Queensland will be required.
  • Record of delivering outcomes on time, on budget, and to strategy.
