Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of Australian military veterans? Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Client Service Officer to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans achieve fair and accurate compensation and benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Veterans, medical providers, and DVA to ensure the smooth processing of claims
  • Provide exceptional support and guidance to veterans throughout the claims process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Medical Receptionist is Highly Desirable
  • Experience as an MRCA Claim Support Officer is Highly Desirable
  • Strong interest in supporting Australian military veterans
