What your week could look like

  • Tackling client tasks and smashing deadlines while keeping our service standards high.
  • Backing up the Client Services team with everything from creating files and managing databases to hands-on support with entry-level tasks.
  • Helping out at the front desk—reception, admin, scanning, filing—keeping the place buzzing.
  • Collaborating with the team, bringing good vibes and a can-do attitude to everything you do.

About you

You're someone who brings:

  • Solid admin skills and eagle-eye attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and the ability to juggle a few things at once.
  • Great communication—you're confident chatting with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A team-first approach, with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Bonus points if you've got ASIC knowledge (not a deal-breaker, but nice to have).
