Our team is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Client Service Consultant to join our fast-paced and friendly office on the Gold Coast. No prior insurance experience is needed – just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great communication skills.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside our experienced team within one of Australia's largest insurance broking providers. We are proudly independent – not owned by a bank or insurance company – with offices located across the country. Our mission is to deliver quality advice, exceptional service, and a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our valued clients.

About the Role

As a Client Service Consultant, you'll play a crucial support role within the team, providing day-to-day administrative and client service support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting brokers with day-to-day operations

  • Liaise with clients, underwriters, and insurers to follow up information and resolve queries

  • Prepare quotes, documentation, and correspondence for clients

  • Use insurer platforms to place cover and process policy changes

  • Processing endorsements and cancellations
