About the Role

VISIS Private Wealth, an award-winning financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Co-ordinator to join our Brisbane team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys driving operational excellence through smart systems and process improvements.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting with process mapping and documentation, supporting compliance and reporting activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

You'll also lead the creation and management of our SharePoint intranet, ensuring documentation and resources are well-organised and accessible.

This is a part-time position for 3 days per week, with scope to increase.

What you will be doing

  • Provide day-to-day business and administrative support across business

  • Assist with process mapping and documentation of procedures

  • Support reporting and compliance activities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency

  • Contribute to project coordination and implementation

  • Creation of SharePoint intranet

  • Manage and maintain documentation and resources in SharePoint

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in a business support or administrative role

  • Strong working knowledge of Xplan (desirable)

  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and techniques

  • Proficiency in SharePoint

  • Excellent communication and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Strong working knowledge of PowerBI (desirable)

  • Experience in financial services or professional services (desirable)
