Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Data entry and management of client data/threads/tasks in Xplan
  • Maintenance of all client files
  • Management of inbound and outbound client correspondence
  • Implementation of financial plans and associated strategies
  • Management of client reviews and documentation
  • Administration duties including scanning and mail
  • General administrative support to adviser and staff.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 1+ years experience within a financial services business
  • Previous experience with CRMs such as Xplan
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A desire to learn and develop additional skills/knowledge
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team
