About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Adviser, with an aspiration to be a Financial Adviser, to join our award winning wealth management team at VISIS Private Wealth in Brisbane. As an Associate Adviser you will work within a dedicated team to provide premium wealth management advice and service to Executives and HNW clients. This is a full-time position based in our Eagle Street, Brisbane office.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating within a team of 7 to develop tailored financial strategies for clients
  • Conducting thorough financial reviews and analysis to understand clients' unique financial goals and needs
  • Attending initial, advice presentation and review meetings with clients
  • Preparing and presenting holistic financial plans and recommendations to clients
  • Assisting with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of client portfolios and wealth management strategies
  • Contributing to the development of financial planning tools, templates, and resources
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, products, and industry trends
  • Providing exceptional client service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients

What we're looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Completion of, or progress towards, a relevant financial planning qualification
  • 2 years+ of experience in a financial planning or wealth management role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to clients
  • Passionate, driven individual who loves helping clients achieve their financial goals
  • A genuine, team player who enjoys collaborating
  • A commitment to staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
