As one of Australia's leading sports equipment manufacturers, we specialise in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of premium products for major sporting events including the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, stadiums, builders, Schools and Councils nationwide.
Currently, our Company is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as Project Co-ordinator.

Your Responsibilities
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Communicate effectively via email and phone
- Ensure cost-effective and timely installation is achieved by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively communicate with large building firms to avoid pitfalls during project delivery
- Coordinate installation and maintenance teams nationally to effectively carry out their tasks
- Identify and implement process improvements, new ideas, and technology to enhance service delivery
- Review Contracts and ensure clarity in the Scope of Works
- Assist with tendering on projects
- Coordinating site inspections and providing professional quotes for maintenance work
- Possess the ability to work as a team player with Management/fellow peers

Your background
If you are a well spoken, professional with excellent customer service skills and great
telephone manner especially in the Building industry, then we would like to hear from you.
Product training will be provided, however, we would be looking for someone with the following skills and experience to build upon:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Must excel in time management
- Previous experience in the coordination of construction projects will be highly advantageous.
- Must have the ability to identify issues, problem-solve after consultation with management.
- Must be self-motivated
- Possess a desire to go the extra mile for our clients and team members
- Previous experience in dealing with large Building Companies will be advantageous
- Ability to interpret building plans
- Possess excellent attention to details skills
