We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst with an active OSA to join our Federal Government Intelligence client

Our Federal Government Client is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with an active OSA to join their team on a long term engagement.

Australian Citizens with NV1 security clearance and holding an active 'OSA' will be regarded for this role.

Working within a key national security portfolio, the Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding complex business processes and defining requirements for critical capability improvements. The position is instrumental in identifying solution options that balance business priorities and deliver tangible outcomes.

This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this 12 month contract with a 12 months extension option.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and designing business processes to improve efficiency and exploit new technologies.
  • Developing high-quality documentation, including business cases, capability blueprints, concepts of operations, and detailed business requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops with a range of stakeholders to develop innovative solutions for highly complex issues.
  • Creating graphical models of business processes to support understanding and decision-making.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with project managers, technical teams, and partner agencies to ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Australian intelligence and law enforcement operating environment.
