About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven Lead Generators to join our growing team in the renewable energy and air conditioning industry. Your role will be to engage with potential customers, generate interest in our solar systems, solar batteries, and air conditioner, and book qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

No experience? No problem Full training is provided. but if you have prior experience in sales, lead generation, promotions, or customer service, that will be a big plus. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, confidence in talking to people, and a passion for helping households and businesses save on energy costs.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Confidence to approach and speak with new people.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • Reliable, positive, and eager to learn.
  • Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or promotions is a plus — but not required.
