Lead Generation Consultant

Join our team at Maxxia as a Lead Generation Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in educating potential customers on the unparalleled benefits of novated leasing, with a specific focus on lead generation.
Supported by a centralised and integrated CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and receive warm leads from customer enquires as you educate our current database of customers.
Working on our automated phone system you will be directly connected to customers, where you will engage and educate people on our Novated Leasing product. You will be able to quickly build rapport and discover the needs of our customers, providing them with options and solutions and help them to understand our products.

About you:
- You will have a passion for sales
- Successful track record of working to KPIs

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
- Ability to overcome objections and provide innovative solutions
