About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven **Lead Generators** to join our growing team in the renewable energy and air conditioning industry. Your role will be to engage with potential customers, generate interest in our **solar systems, solar batteries, and air conditioner**, and book qualified appointments for our sales consultants.

No experience? No problem Full training is provided. but if you have prior experience in **sales, lead generation, promotions, or customer service**, that will be a big plus. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude, confidence in talking to people, and a passion for helping households and businesses save on energy costs.

- Strong communication and people skills.
- Confidence to approach and speak with new people.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn.
- **Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or promotions is a plus — but not required.**
