We have a new opportunity available to join our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in NSW. Our Opal Fibre Packaging business works with a diverse range of customers and manufactures corrugated packaging solutions. This role will manage an existing portfolio of key customers in the Sydney metro area as well as having a new business development target.

You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

  • Developing and managing strategic individual accounts, building a strong rapport with a variety of different stakeholders within the customer
  • Understanding customer needs and developing and implementing individual client value propositions
  • Working cross-functionally within the business and co-ordinating technical support, value engineering, quotes, and samples to ensure customers' expectations are managed
  • Identifying and prospecting for new customer business opportunities

  • Experience in successfully managing a portfolio of key customer accounts (preferably in a FMCG or manufacturing environment)
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met
  • Previous experience bringing on new customer accounts
