The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include the following duties:

  • Servicing incoming and outgoing inquiries from customers and prospects by phone, email, and the trade counter
  • Providing external sales executives support relating to sales leads, quotes, and orders
  • Build and develop customer relationships through strong customer service and a willingness to always exceed expectations
  • Provide product support with the ability to solve basic issues faced by customers, and advise customers on product solutions
  • Identifying opportunities and producing leads for the sales force
  • Keep up to date with the latest product developments
  • Contribute to the continual improvement culture of the company

  • Ability to work well under pressure, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • High levels of integrity and honesty, with a commitment to exceptional levels of customer service and support
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in Fasteners, Industrial Supplies and/or Hardware industries will be highly valued
