We are a rapidly growing team in a SaaS fintech, working in the financial services industry to deliver an exciting new investment platform.
What you'll do:
You'll be working within the team responsible for ensuring our relationship with both existing and new customers runs smoothly. Within this sales oriented team, you won't be doing any one thing, in fact, any day your tasks might include a little from column a, a little from column b or all of column c. We are looking for an all rounder who wants a fast paced role.
Some tasks you may be asked to perform include but are not limited to:
- Customer Support: Providing support both to our partners and their customers both reactively and proactively. Phone and/or email support to direct investors via Zendesk ticketing system.
- Project Management and Customer Onboarding: Assisting with the implementation of our software with our customers, who range from Fund Managers, Financial Advisers and Professional Services firms.
- Inbox Management: Monitor the sales inbox, prioritise emails, draft responses, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- QA & Testing: Contribute to testing and feedback cycles for new platform features. Support documentation and reporting of bugs, user feedback, and suggested enhancements.
- Product Creation & Template Building: Help building templates for customer onboarding.
- Help Centre: Contribute to platform documentation, process improvement, and knowledge base assets.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support on ad hoc tasks, assisting with any requests to ensure smooth operations.

You are an agile, all-rounder who has great attention to detail and can pop yourself into other people's shoes to understand their perspectives. You'll be proactive and critical in your thinking and most importantly, be a team player.
You'll love this role if you:
- Have at least two years of sales admin experience
- Have experience in implementation
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Have great technological skills i.e. can manage spreadsheets, documents and collaborative spaces
- Have previous experience working in a team.
- Have a high degree of self-motivation for learning
- Have excellent time management skills
