About Us

Scoopys Family Cafe is a fast-paced casual Cafe, Serving breakfast all day, lunch all day with an ice cream parlour connected. Known for our Great Food, outstanding service, and of course ice cream. We are looking for a motivated and reliable Kitchen Cook to join our back-of-house team and help us deliver high-quality dishes consistently.


Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and appealing manner.
  • Assist with prep work, portioning, and storing food safely.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Manage orders during busy service hours with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Report any kitchen equipment or maintenance issues promptly.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar kitchen role preferred.
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • We are closed 24th, 25th, 26th December Every Year.
