CHEF / COOK WANTED – OUTBACK HOTEL KITCHEN

Full-Time Position | Accommodation Available | Great Local Community

We're looking for a motivated and capable Chef or experienced Cook to handle the kitchen at our small but busy outback hotel.

If you're looking for a change of pace and want to be part of a genuine country team where your work is valued and your input matters — this is the role for you.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including:

  • Preparing and serving quality, hearty meals that keep locals and travellers coming back
  • Managing kitchen operations, stock control, and food safety compliance
  • Planning seasonal specials suited to our venue and clientele
About You

We're after someone who:

  • Has solid experience in a pub, hotel, or bistro-style kitchen
  • Can work independently with pride in presentation, quality, consistency, and hygiene
  • Enjoys country living and being part of a small team or is looking for a change for a slower, more fulfilling lifestyle
