Join the team at Cape Trib Camping' in our kitchen. We are seeking an experienced Cook-  for an exciting role in our growing fast-paced, beachfront restaurant. We're seeking a talented and passionate person to join our kitchen team as we expand our menu. While our signature woodfired pizzas will remain a staple, we're thrilled to introduce new lunch and dinner offerings, and we need a professional who can bring fresh, creative ideas to the table. Key Responsibilities:

• You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food preparation throughout the day
• Supervision of small team and training of kitchen employees
• Ordering and stock control
• Managing and updating Lightspeed software for sales and stock, along with weekly reporting to the owner
• Costing menu items and updating prices as needed

Requirements:

• Experience cooking on a traditional woodfired oven
• Must have completed an apprenticeship or passed the relevant trade test in cooking.
• Hold a current RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues) certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification, with the responsibility of maintaining certification at your own cost during employment.
• Previous experience in a similar role
