Subi Derm provides world-class dermatology in a friendly, local environment, treating patients of all ages with a variety of skin conditions.

We are currently seeking an experienced medical receptionist, part time, to join our dermatology practice in Subiaco.

Exciting opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic team to grow and develop the practice. You will work within a team of like-minded people, who support and encourage their professional development while providing a high level of care to our patients.

You will be the welcoming face of our practice responsible for patient administration and office management.

Pre-requisite for this position: previous medical reception experience in a specialist practice desirable.

Duties include the following:

  • Front Desk operation
  • Meeting and greeting patients
  • Answering phones and managing practice emails
  • Booking appointments and processing referrals
  • Maintaining patient records
  • Process patients billing & payments and attend to daily banking reconciliation
  • General administration and clerical duties

Your Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft office products
  • Experience with medical practice software (Genie preferred)
  • Experience with medical transcription software desirable
