MMEM play's an essential role in supporting a range of customers across the residential, commercial and infrastructure construction, power generation, solar, services, mining, manufacturing and agriculture industries.
About the Role
- Manage banking and allocation functions of Accounts Receivable
- Perform daily bank reconciliations for 25+ stores
- Set up new customer accounts in the system
- Follow up on unallocated cash and request remittances
- Assist the team with month-end processes
- Process credit card payments and store refunds
- Respond to store and debtor queries
- Carry out general administrative tasks and other duties as required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable as Banking / Credit officer
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Full working rights in Australia
