Accounts Payable Officer role available in Mooloolaba - Residential Construction

A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded builder as a part time Accounts Payable Officer. Specialising in custom home construction and commercial construction. With extensive referral and repeat business, they are a builder who boast a solid reputation for delivering quality homes for both the retail and investor market, with a portfolio that is progressing from 150 to 200 homes a year.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable manager, you will be responsible for the following:

- Data and invoice entry for commercial projects
- Management of Invoice Automation Workflow
- Month end supplier reconciliation
- Banking activities including payments

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and be committed to providing excellent customer service.
