Accounts Officer, Property Management, Competitive Salary, Friendly working environment

Our Client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Officer to join their Property Management Group, as part of their Accounting Team. They are offering is a permanent, full-time position, where the successful individual will be working Monday-Friday.

**Your new role**
- Allocate and input supplier accounts to MYOB
- On-charge RMG labour/supplies costs to other companies/tenants
- Prepare creditors payments, including credit card reimbursement, to bank upload stage
- Issue monthly rental invoices to tenant
- Track Debtors payments and follow up o/s monies within agreed timeframes
- Reconcile bank statements
- Negotiate contracts for site/office services (Elect/Computer/Phone) in conjunction with Manager
- Administer & monitor main/service contracts in conjunction with Finance Assistant and Manager
- Administer security for all building common areas including updating system with holiday closures, tenancy changes
- Ensure WPHS & other statutory requirements are met
- Liaise with tenants - attend to complaints, suggestions, and requirements
- Maintain key registers, security registers, maintenance register and other applicable registers
- Ensure all regulations and routine checks are compliant for properties and tenants

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Property management experience highly regarded
- 3 years commercial accounts payable and receivable experience
- Advanced Office Suite (strong excel skills)
- Strong MYOB, including utilising jobs and categories
- Current drivers’ licence
- Proactive and positive, attention to detail and Great communication skills
