Our people are at the heart of what we do, and as our business continues to grow, we're seeking a Customer Care Coordinator to join our Operations team in Altona.
About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, this position plays a key role in ensuring every customer has a positive and seamless experience throughout their preconstruction journey.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and coordinating all documentation required to progress to construction. This includes liaising between clients and internal departments, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining clear communication at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supporting clients through the preconstruction phase, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinating working drawings, engineering, energy ratings, and approvals.
- Preparing and reviewing building contracts and ensuring accuracy of client details and inclusions.
- Monitoring progress through internal workflows and maintaining accurate records.
- Proactively resolving issues and providing timely updates to customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams including estimating, drafting, and construction to ensure smooth handover.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum two years' experience in the building or construction industry.
- Strong administration and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with outstanding communication skills.
- The ability to read and interpret building contracts and drawings.
- Sound knowledge of building terminology and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- The ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing deadlines.
