Salon First is Australia's go-to beauty wholesaler, supplying beauty therapists, nail technicians, and lash & brow artists with over 5,000 professional products. We pride ourselves on exceptional service and strong relationships with the beauty community.
We're growing—and we're looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator who's excited to take the lead, bring fresh ideas to life, and help us tell our story.
The RoleAs our Marketing Coordinator, you'll be the creative driver behind our campaigns, from concept through to execution. You'll:
- Design creatives for EDMs, website banners, and in-store flyers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Contribute to social media content creation and paid ads.
- Keep our website and marketing materials fresh and engaging.
- Assist in planning and promoting events.
- Support loyalty programs and initiatives that grow customer engagement.
This is a hands-on role where your creativity and initiative will make a real impact.
About YouWe're not looking for perfection—we're looking for passion. You might be someone who has:
- Been out of the industry for a couple of years but is eager to re-join.
- A love of marketing and design, with the confidence to take the lead.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, and Mailchimp (or a willingness to learn).
- An interest in the beauty industry (B2B experience is a plus).
- The desire to work close to home with flexibility around school hours.
- Part-time role (22 hours per week) with flexibility in days and hours.
- School-friendly hours to fit around family commitments.
- Work onsite in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
- Grow your skills across digital, design, events, and strategy.
- Make your mark in a friendly, creative, and beauty-focused business.
If you're a creative storyteller with a love for marketing—whether you're stepping back in after a career break, looking for flexibility around family, or simply ready for a fresh challenge—we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter telling us a bit about you and why this role excites you.
