
Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
As part of a small Customer Service team at Lawsons Auctioneers you'll manage incoming calls and emails. You'll be tasked with handling both general and complex enquiries while using your excellent communication and problem solving skills. You'll assist customers over the phone and email with enquiries relating to registrations, invoicing and valuations along with pre and post auction processes. This is a fast paced rolethat requires adaptability, professionalism, and excellent communication skills.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound email and phone queries across all departments and the business
- Deliver timely, accurate and empathetic customer service
- Provide customers with technical assistance with online bidding, invoicing, payment and general queries.
- Maintain customer records, follow up debtors
- Inbox email management
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service experience (essential)
- Professional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy environment
- Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems
- Interest in the arts, design, or auction industry (advantageous)
