What's the role?A Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in assisting customers with their banking needs. Responsibilities include providing support for everyday banking transactions, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Advisors may also identify opportunities to introduce customers to other financial products or services that could benefit them. It's a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

This is a part-time, branch-based role working 30 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
