About the Role

Role type: Full time, permanent

Role location: Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008

A critical component of our enterprise transformation is 'Program PACT' (People, Accountabilities, Customers and Trust), which has been established to deliver better customer, risk and business outcomes through sustainable improvements to ANZ's non-financial risk management practices.

Our Talent & Culture team is a critical enabler of Program PACT and is also responsible for key deliverables, focused on: transforming our organisational and risk culture; strengthening performance and remuneration frameworks; and building the capabilities our people need manage risk well and deliver results at pace, in the right way.

As a Business Analyst with the PACT program, you will support the planning, delivery and oversight activities for the Talent & Culture workstreams. This role will play an integral part in ensuring committed activities are well-planned and delivered on time to meet stakeholders expectations, with robust oversight and controls in place to govern program execution.

What will your day look like?

As a Business Analyst in the Talent & Culture PACT workstreams, you will be:

Demonstrated experience using a range of project management techniques (e.g. RAID, Agile) in cross-functional programs

Ability to appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with high complexity and clearly represent findings.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and documentation standards, using a range of tools (e.g. MS Project, MS Excel, Tableau)

Domain knowledge of Talent & Culture programs and Risk Management frameworks (desirable)

Experience on enterprise culture and/or organizational transformation programs (desirable)

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or Business Analysis certifications
