Job description

We are a small niche based Engineering operation located in Brunswick East recently set up to make machined products and tooling for our own requirements in the vinyl record pressing industry.

We are a varied, non jobbing machine shop making our own machined parts and innovative tooling.

We are actively engaged in finalising our intensive Research and Development with the target of actively marketing our precision engineered products to the Global Market in 2026

We are seeking experienced metal machinists who have a sound understanding of CNC lathe, milling and VMC programming and operation. A sound understanding of AutoCAD and Siemens NX would also be favourably looked upon and considered

The role on offer would suit someone who is meticulous to detail and has had experience in documenting test scenarios for keeping records of R&D trial and error and ongoing improvements in design, prototyping

The position on offer is a full time role with some overtime and weekend work a requirement. The applicant(s) would need to factor in some flexibility

Remuneration is above award and negotiable based on the applicants experience. The remuneration package will be a salaried position with the expectation of a reasonable number of hours overtime with semi regular Saturday hours expected
