Due to growing demand, we are expanding our operations and seeking an CNC operating experience with Storeman experience to join our team.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where your primary responsibility will be operating and maintaining CNC machinery. In addition, you'll assist with stock handling, workshop tasks, and general support around the factory when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain CNC machines to support production
  • Carry out basic machine programming and adjustments
  • Perform regular checks to ensure machine efficiency and product quality
  • Assist with stock management and organisation when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
  • Operate a forklift (if licensed)
  • Support general workshop operations and team tasks

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience operating CNC machinery (caravan or related industries preferred)
  • Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine maintenance
  • Physically fit and capable of manual tasks (lifting, moving, standing)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Forklift license (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Experience with stock handling or storeman duties a bonus
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated
