Factory Hand – Aluminium Cutting & CNC Operator

Our team is innovating with laser welding and CNC precision fabrication, producing sleek, high-end architectural products for the building industry — and we value every team member as a key contributor in that process.

We're looking for a Factory Hand to join our team in Keysborough on a full-time basis.

You'll be working closely with our production team to support fabrication, cutting, and assembly of aluminium components using a variety of equipment including Brobo saws and CNC machinery.

What you'll bring

  • Experience cutting and preparing aluminium or similar materials
  • Confidence operating a Brobo cold saw and CNC cutting equipment (training provided if required)
  • Good understanding of safe work practices and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow fabrication drawings and work orders
  • Punctual, reliable, and willing to assist across different factory tasks
  • Clear written and spoken English
