We are seeking a physically fit, detail-oriented Machine Assistant and Operator to join our growing team. This role requires hands-on operation of manufacturing machinery (CNC machines, high-frequency welding equipment), basic CAD design tasks, and the ability to drive company vehicles for material transport. Candidates must live near our facility to support on-site operations and respond promptly to workflow demands. Training is provided, but mechanical aptitude, a valid driver's license, and the stamina to work in a dynamic environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation & Maintenance:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and high-frequency welding equipment.
  • Perform routine safety inspections, lubrication, and troubleshooting of machinery.
  • Ensure quality control by adhering to production specifications.
  • Physical & Logistical Tasks:
  • Lift/move materials and operate machinery requiring standing, bending, and manual dexterity.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport materials, tools, or finished products as needed.
  • Coordinate inventory and organize workspaces for efficiency.
  • CAD & Technical Support:
  • Assist with basic CAD design and technical drawings under supervision.
  • Interpret blueprints, manuals, and work orders to guide production processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must Haves:
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Physically fit to perform manual labour..
  • Willingness to learn CNC/welding operations and CAD software (training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
  • Preferred (but not required):
  • Basic experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Prior exposure to manufacturing environments or machinery.
  • Students pursuing engineering, manufacturing, or trades are encouraged to apply.
