In this role, you'll be hands-on with website management, email marketing, and paid search, supporting campaigns that drive real results.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


•Develop, build and manage paid search campaigns for Google and Amazon platforms, ensuring all activity remains within allocated budget and delivers strong ROI.


•Continually optimise advertising campaigns to improve performance, cost efficiency, and relevance across both Google and Amazon platforms.


•Monitor performance metrics, identify trends and provide regular reporting and actionable insights on Paid Search activity.


•Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to ensure digital efforts align with broader business goals and promotional priorities.


•Develop a strong understanding of Garmin's product range, their differences and market-specific nuances.


•Maintain awareness of our competitive landscape to inform content, pricing, and campaign strategy.


•Manage and update Garmin shop assets and campaigns on Amazon, including store content and campaign implementation.


•Manage the setup, distribution and reporting of email marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences.


•Support A/B email testing initiatives to optimize email engagement and drive sales conversions.


•Oversee the Garmin Australia and New Zealand websites, including managing product launches, promotional updates, and ongoing content maintenance.


•Support the creation and publishing of B2B landing pages and campaign-specific content.


•Provide web sales reporting and performance analysis, providing insights and recommendations to improve digital conversion.


•Liaise with HQ teams to implement and refine SEO strategies in line with global best practices.


•Support affiliate marketing activity, as required.


•Provide ongoing support to the Marketing Manager and assist the Sales team, as needed, across a range of marketing-related projects.


•Work effectively and professionally with other team members, learn from and share knowledge with others by documenting and contributing to knowledge base.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:


• Completion of a Degree in Marketing, Communications or related and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a digital marketing role.


• Demonstrated experience working with Google and Amazon platforms (search and ads) and Google Analytics.


• Proficient in using email marketing platforms and managing end-to-end campaign

execution.


• Demonstrated experience win SEO and content optimisation strategies.


• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to maintain up to date calendars, campaign schedules, launch dates and product availability timelines.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information, and tailor messaging to different audiences.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook).


• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.


• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with strong initiative and sound judgment.


• High attention to detail, particularly when managing content and campaign data.


• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.


• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:


• Previous experience working within a consumer products, retail or electronics industry
