We're hunting for a creative powerhouse to join our buzzing team as a Digital Marketing and Videographer Creator. Reporting to Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll craft killer social strategies, whip up stunning video and photo content for our display homes, and supercharge our online presence with paid SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. If you love turning ideas into viral reels and data into dollars, let's build something epic together

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing (3 days/week):

  • Drive paid SEO, SEM, and keyword magic to skyrocket brand visibility.

  • Dive into Google Analytics (GA4) to track, tweak, and optimise campaigns like a pro.
  • Team up with our Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Designer to sync content with our social strategy.
  • Bring your fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions – collaboration is key

  • Videography & Photography (2 days/week):

  • Plan, shoot, and edit top-tier photo/video content for display homes, with a focus on snappy reels and social gold.

  • Bring your own gear to create polished, engaging assets that pop.
  • Keep everything on-brand and aligned with our social media game plan.

Skills and Experience

  • Agency background? Essential Proven chops in managing social media, Google Analytics, SEO, and SEM campaigns.
  • Videography and photography wizardry – show us your portfolio of high-quality work.
  • Tech-savvy with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop (or similar – we'll hook you up with whatever you need).
  • Creative spark, killer communication, and a collaborative vibe.
  • Juggle multiple projects? Meet deadlines in a fast-paced world? Nailed it.
  • Up-to-date on social trends, algorithms, and what makes audiences hit 'like'.
