We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Content Creator / Project Manager

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for digital marketing and familiar with Italian culture, food, and lifestyle? We're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Content Creator / Project Manager to help shape and elevate our brand's online presence. You will be responsible for developing and implementing creative content strategies across various platforms to engage our target audience effectively. This multifaceted position requires a blend of strategic planning, creative thinking, and meticulous execution. 

What You'll Do:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
     Develop and implement monthly social media content strategies that drive engagement and enhance brand visibility. Create captivating, shareable content aligned with our brand and marketing objectives.
  • E-mail Marketing Campaigns:
     Plan and execute regular eDM campaigns to nurture relationships, promote products, and drive engagement. Craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience.
  • Content Production Coordination:
     Collaborate with external creators to plan and oversee photo/video shoots, ensuring high-quality visuals. Maintain a content calendar for timely delivery.
  • Copywriting:
     Produce persuasive, consistent copy for newsletters, marketing collateral, ads, web content, e-commerce, and internal communications. Tailor messaging to different platforms and audiences.
  • Online Store Management:
     Support the online store, including SEO optimization, product descriptions, and photography to enhance the customer experience.
  • Business Strategy Contribution:
     Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay informed on market trends, and provide insights to help shape overall business strategy.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in e-mail marketing platforms, CMS, and SEO best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying on top of the latest marketing strategies.
  • Experience in hospitality and/or Italian brands is a plus.
