About the role

Seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing and Sales Assistant to join the dynamic team at Windsor Exhaust in Penrith, NSW. This part-time role will provide you the opportunity to utilise your digital marketing and sales skills to support the growth and success of our innovative company.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and website
  • Supporting the sales team by generating qualified leads through effective prospecting and outreach
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities
  • Creating engaging content for our online platforms
  • Providing excellent customer service to both new and existing clients

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience in digital marketing and/or sales.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and website content management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
