We are Q Agency, Western Sydney's Biggest end-to-end Digital Marketing & Creative Agency.

Due to recent client wins in the paid media space we are looking to add a new face to our growing team.

Our team combines expertise in design, marketing, data and strategy to create memorable experiences & work with a range of clients across a number of industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Learning about paid media industry & delivering results across a range of clients.
- Set up paid campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Marketing Platform.
- Perform pacing and performance optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Technical quality assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
- Work on performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of campaigns with the Head of Paid & Digital.

**Qualifications**

Ideally you would have 1-2 years previous experience in a similar role with an interest in the paid media space. Focus primarily on Google & Meta ads.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
