We're Q Agency, a rapidly growing 30 person digital agency in Penrith (Western Sydney) focused on delivering results for our clients. Due to recent client wins we are looking to add a new face to our growing team to start in January 2026. Our team combines expertise in design, marketing, data and strategy to drive commercial impact.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Paid Executive to join our team. You'll learn from top paid marketers about strategy, measurement, and execution for high-growth clients, ensuring their campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and commercially impactful. While your core focus remains paid, you will expand to collaborate across seo, web, social & creative teams to contribute to integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Learning about paid media industry & delivering results across a range of clients.
  • Set up paid campaigns in Meta Business Manager and Google Marketing Platform.
  • Perform pacing and performance optimisation of campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Technical quality assurance of campaigns and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Work on performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the performance of campaigns with the Head of Paid & Digital.

Your Background

  • 1-2 years of agency experience, or a graduate with an interest in learning within a marketing agency setting.
  • Eagerness to learn.
  • Based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.

The Interview Process

  • [1st Stage] 15min Intro call with Head of Digital to discuss your experience and suitability for the role.
  • [2nd Stage] In person meeting with Co Founder / Head of Digital at our office.

Remuneration

  • $55k - $65k [Based on experience]
