Customer Success Specialist

As a customer success specialist at Gallup, you'll be the trusted guide who simplifies technology for clients while ensuring data accuracy behind the scenes. You'll train leaders and teams on our Gallup Access platform, provide responsive IT support, and use your Excel skills to keep client data clean and reliable. If you enjoy teaching and technology, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
This role covers three key components: platform training, implementation support and technology troubleshooting.
Platform Training
- Deliver engaging virtual training sessions on Gallup's platform services, tools and best practices
- Track and analyse training effectiveness, adapting content to evolving client needs
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to roll out new platforms and updates
Implementation Support
- Implement client surveys in Gallup Access and ensure accurate technical and organisational setup
- Clean, validate and organise data files in Microsoft Excel to guarantee high-quality deliverables
Technology Troubleshooting
- Provide responsive IT support by troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary to ensure minimal disruption
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and users by simplifying complex concepts and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues

What You Need
- Undergraduate degree required
- At least two years of experience training, teaching or onboarding customers required
- Expertise and proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a natural capacity for learning new technology required
- Full fluency in English required
- A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Sydney office at least three days a week required
- Eligibility to work in Australia required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
