If you have any experience dealing with customers whether it’s at Macca’s or in retail, and you’re keen to hone your skills in a commercial setting, this robust training program will help your learning and development experience from day one.

You don’t need a finance degree to be successful in this team - (but if you do that’s a great indicator you’re interested in financial markets)

A
**positive and proactive attitude** is paramount as is a curiosity about finance and technology.
