As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the profitable growth of COS Australia's e-commerce business by ensuring a smooth and inspiring end-to-end digital experience for our customers.
In this role, you are responsible for the daily operation, performance and optimization of the COS Australia website, ensuring our digital platforms, product presentation, and customer journey support commercial objectives. You act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating e-commerce requirements into functional outcomes that enhance engagement, conversion and sales.
The Digital Experience Specialist reports to the E-Commerce Manager in Australia.
What you will do:
- Manage the daily operations and functionality of the COS Australia website to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Translate trading priorities and product strategies into onsite activations and customer journeys that drive engagement, conversion, and repeat purchases.
- Manage content updates, including product enrichment and timely publishing aligned with sales schedules.
- Monitor site performance, generate regular reports, and conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the execution of newsletter campaigns and automated email workflows, analyzing performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
- Plan and implement A/B testing for website features, checkout processes, and other conversion points to optimize user experience and drive sales.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating e-commerce needs into functional solutions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, coordinating with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Uphold high standards of quality, accessibility, and data security across all digital platforms.

What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce websites or platforms with direct impact on sales performance.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce trading, conversion optimization (CRO), user experience (UX) principles and online shopping behaviour.
- Proficiency in CMS, CRM, and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Customer-centric and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical and communication skills to translate business needs into technical actions.
- Experience in functional testing, troubleshooting, and documenting sustainable solutions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead digital initiatives.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accessibility, functionality, and data security.
- Collaborative team player who fosters cross-functional alignment and transparency.
- Strong interest in fashion, online shopping, digital commerce, and customer experience innovation.
This is a full-time permanent position based in our Sydney office.
