Business Development Manager
to drive business expansion by developing new partnerships and strengthening existing broker relationships.
Reporting directly to the State Manager, you will be responsible for increasing loan numbers and new broker accounts through new business development and effective account management. You will build awareness of Arteva's product offering and monitor monthly loan settlements and broker performance trends. This role requires identifying new prospects, preparing and presenting tailored premium funding solutions and managing broker portfolios to ensure quality service, client retention and growth. Key responsibilities also include facilitating account review meetings, supporting broker training and maintaining accurate CRM records.
A results-focused individual, you will be commercially minded and driven to build and maintain strong strategic relationships. Portfolio management experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach are essential. A strong understanding of the premium funding and insurance brokering industries, advanced product knowledge and a commitment to reporting and analytics will ensure success in the role. More important than specific industry experience, is your communication skills, personable approach and an authentic style that allows you to engage and influence. A passion for success, you will have a strong work ethic and enjoy the dynamics of a relationship driven business development role.
